Osteoplastic metastases of an unknown (or unshown) primary tumor. Additionally Osteoarthritis of both hips and of the symphysis and Osteochondrosis intervertebralis as well as Spondylosis deformans. Alternatively this could be the picture of a pelvis and a lumbar spine column with radioosteopathia after irradiation with more than 50 Gray.
