I am male , 21 years old , I suffer from irritability , awareness of my heart beats , hyperactivity , cold extremities

I went to doctor who asked me to do T3 , T4 , TSH , CBC
    Free T3 was 3.3 - Normal : 2.0 - 4.2
    Free T4 was 1.5 - Normal : 0.8 - 1.8
    TSH was 0.87 - Normal : 0.35 - 5.5
    Hb was 17

What is your comment about that ?

It migth be Subclinical hyperthyroidism, but your TSH is normal so, maybe it can be something else like a Pheochromocytoma it would explain all your symptoms too. :S
