    Advantages:

    -Clear vision
    -Has wider field of view
    -Excellent peripheral vision
    -It is better cosmetically
    -No fogging of vision
    -Practical for sports
    -Good treatment for Keratoconus
    -Good treatment for Astigmatism
    -Wide range of lens types
    -No need for eyeglasses
    -Less expensive in comparison with surgery


    Disadvantages:


    -Increased risk of infection
    -Increased risk of ulceration
    -Lens can be lost or damaged easily
    -Take time to be used
    -Difficulty of hygienic procedures and lens disinfection
    -Problems associated with overnight wear
    -Being uncomfortable because of something in the eyes
    -Solution Problems
