    Correct answer:

    Ambiguous genitalia.

    An autosomal recessive condition, resulting in an enzyme deficiency (mainly 21-hydroxylase). This results in low cortisol production and consequently high ACTH-secretion. The adrenal glands then become hyperplastic and too much testosteron is formed.
