    what is your diagnosis? young patient came with sudden onset epigastric pain,Nausea & Repetitive vomiting..

    I think the most likely diagnosis is acute pancreatitis, as a result of high pressure in the pancreatic duct (multiple causes possible).

    Tip:-there is a compression of the third portion of the duodenum(D) by the abdominal aorta(black arrow) and the overlying superior mesenteric artery(red arrow).
