    So this seems to be a textbook case of a bar fight gone wild. I believe the man was punched in the face thus splitting his lip or cracking his jaw causing the blood coming out of his mouth, or perhaps he was knocked in the nose and the nose bled downward. As for the red marks, seems like someone threw a spirit at his chest and lit him up.
