    Diagnosis:

The diagnosis of Ehlers danlos syndrome is based upon the clinical findings and the family history.
Additional tests may be needed as genetic tests, skin biopsy, Echocardiogram.

    Treatment:

There is no cure for Ehlers danlos syndrome but physical therapy and pain killers may be needed in addition to close monitoring for the cardiovascular system as the disease may be accompanied by valvular heart disease.
