    I think I have seen this picture (Or at least one very similar). It was for berloque dermatitis/Phytophotodermatitis. No real way to get this diagnosis from just the picture, a history is needed. Although a possible clue might be that it is on her hands as well, perhaps from applying the photosensitizing chemical with her hands to the thigh.
