need an urgent dx. a child had his all fingers n toes burried due to excess epithelialization

    IMG_228943817451558.jpeg this pt had an undiagnosed skin diseas since 3 yrs old, he was having excess epithelialization in his fingers n toes. atlast ther are fully covered. I'll be very grateful if u kindly help me with some provisional dx atleast n some links of similar cases.
