    Proper breathing is a very important component of good health, it also relieves stress. There is nothing more important than focusing on your breathe.     ya you are right. fresh air is very important for producing healthy mind, clean lungs and we can think properly.
    More oxygen brings greater clarity to the brain which needs twenty percent of our body’s oxygen to function.
