    left sided pleural effusion because there is a demarcation air fluid line curving up towards the pleura.
    there is also a small hypo dense patch like an air bubble at the interlobar area - probably a pneumonic consolidation patch that is liquefying?

    it is consolidation involving both middle n lower lobe of left lung
