    The AP Abdominal Xray shows what appears to be distended small bowels .....


    ....... w/ 'STEPLADDER' appearance characteristic of the Circular Folds.........



    ....... hence, my nearest Dx: SMALL BOWEL OBSTRUCTION, distal, most likely Ileal.....



    ...... The COLON is shown undistended & intact in the background ........
