Wear loose garments. Yeast infection is caused by a bacteria known as Candida Albicans. This is a naturally occurring bacteria in humans but if it is allowed to over populate due to certain conditions it can cause problems. Warm environments is one such condition. therefore you should wear lose clothing which will not cause a build up of heat and promote the growth of Candida albicans.
