Facmedicine Contest

- Update 12th February : Due to misuse of registrations, only registered doctors with valid verification document can vote, you are allowed to invite your friends who are doctors to vote for you but you cant invite non-doctors to vote for you.

- Please upload a photo related to medicine and being a doctor for example you can upload a photo with a white coat, scrub, stethoscope, otoscope, ultrasound, hospital, clinic…etc., you are free to choose your photo but it should be related to medicine.

- Please avoid photos with patients, human organs, blood ...etc; Facmedicine has the right to remove invalid photos.

- This contest is only for registered doctors on Facmedicine with valid verification document, if you uploaded an invalid document your photo will be deleted and you don’t have any chance to win the contest.

- The owner of the photo that collects the highest number of votes at the end of the contest will be announced as the winner and will win 250US$ to be paid through Paypal, Western Union or any other suitable way.

- Medical students are not allowed to participate in this contest.

- If the member is registering using inaccurate personal data, he/she will not be allowed to win the prize.

- The winner will be asked to send us a "winner photo" with the prize to upload it on our website and Facebook page.

- Participants are prohibited from obtaining votes by any fraudulent or inappropriate means; all votes are subject to final verification by Facmedicine. Use of script, macro or other automated system to vote or with the intent to impair the integrity of the voting process is prohibited and all such votes will be void.

- Facmedicine has the rights to eliminate any participant if he/she was suspected to use fake registrations to vote for him/her.

- Only votes here in the contest are counted, Facebook likes are not counted in the voting process.

- This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook.

- Facmedicine has the rights to upload the photos participating in the contest to the official Facebook page and we will try to upload most of the photos to our Facebook page.

- By submitting your photos to Facmedicine Contest, you grant Facmedicine a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to those photographic images at its sole discretion, including storing it on Facmedicine servers and incorporating it in other works in any media.

- Facmedicine reserves the right to disqualify entries or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this contest without notice.

- Facmedicine is a medical forum for doctors, you are not allowed to invite non-medical friends to vote for you, you can only invite your friends who are doctors to register with valid verification document and vote for you.

- Facmedicine reserves the right to select, edit and arrange submissions, and to remove images from the Facmedicine website at any time at its sole discretion.

- Entrants warrant they own all rights to the photo they are submitting. Entrants will indemnify and hold Facmedicine and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all loss, damage, costs and other expense arising out of claims, whatever their nature, resulting directly or indirectly from breach of this warranty.
