Senior executive in the pharmaceutical industry, over 18 years of experience in drug life cycle management in medical affairs & sales, and over 7 years of experience in people management at regional and national levels in top pharmaceutical companies.
Extensive experience, in both executive and management positions, offered me the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the unmet needs of the medical community, Health Care Authorities, patients, and pharmaceutical businesses.
As a medical affairs professional, I have been providing leadership in multi-country/international settings. I have used my ability to multi-task, working in a very fast-paced environment in clinical development & project management, in pre-launch, launch, and post-approval activities, including generating Real World Evidence data and developing Patient Support Program.
Working WITH patients as a medical doctor, volunteer paramedic & nurse, and FOR patients - by enhancing access to innovative products, I have come up with outstanding solutions and innovative projects. To support and enhance patients’ lives, for the first time in Romanian hematology, I have developed patient registries (for Hodgkin Lymphoma & Multiple Myeloma), and Patient Support Program, which was launched in a critical period – COVID 19 pandemics.
Both my strong strategy & operations professional skills in different therapeutical areas (Hematology, Oncology, Neurology,, Cardiology, and Rare Disease, etc.), and my approach & considerable expertise in developing medical and clinical plans, communication strategies, and RWE plan at regional/national level in alignment with Global strategy have helped me to find the best patient-centered approaches.
Taking always the accountability and understanding the daily challenges through a professional focus on better patient outcomes, I have inspired others, becoming a proactive & creative role model. I have also been given the great opportunity to become part of international successful projects as Culture & Code of Conduct Ambassador and Medical Affairs Omnichannel Engagement Ambassador.
In conclusion, considering my experience in cross-functional collaboration, my project management, and informal leadership skills, the "can do attitude" and the energy I have always put into my work, and all the learning from my years spent in Medical Affairs and Pharma Industry to support the Team effort in achieving the goals, I am convinced that I can have a consistent contribution in several TAs and to help stakeholders to find the best solution for enhancing patients’ lives.Interact
