    A 21 yeas old female presents with an annular pruritic rash on her neck. She explains that th rash has been present for the past 3 weeks an that her roommate had a similar rash not long ago. Physical examination is remarkable for a 20-mm scaling. Erythematous plaque with a sepiginous border. Which of the following is the mot appropriate initial TTT for this condition?
    1- Griseofulvin
    2- Oral cephalexin
    3- Topical mupirocin ointment
    4- Topical ketoconazole
    5- Hydrocortisone cream

    In my opinion the most appropriate drug in this case is Griseofulvin. I think this is fungal infection-Tinea capitis and the oral drug should be chosen instead of topical ketoconazole.
