    Additionally there is narrowing of disc space between L4 - L5 level with protrusion of the disc into the spinal canal as evidenced by the kinking of the spinal cord on sagittal view and the transverse section shows it to be a rt. posterolateral disc herniation consistent with the patient's symptoms.
