59 year old NativeAmerican/Philipino Man--Autoimmune Hepatitis

    My friend David was diagnosed in 2000. In 2008 he got a liver transplant. My questions are as follows:
    What should his diet be like to treat his condition? Are their natural remedies aside from the drug predniscone? Can anyone describe how this disease may one day be curable?
