    The patient suffers from cachexia , nausea , vomiting , fever , abdominal pain and blood in urine .

    i consider the diagnosis is more likely to be hemochromatosis.
    as the patient present with the following characteristics:
    hyperpigmentation;hepatosplenomegaly; prominent jaw.
