How to reduce stress and Anxiety ??
They said that medical cannabis is very effective when it comes to anxiety. At first I was doubtful so I started
doing my own research and read articles about marijuana. be careful. I'm not a doctor, but there's a lot of information on the Internet about the dangers of Cannabis. 2- do something you love, like walking, listening to music, reading a book, travelling during week end
3- talking to your best friend
