    10- I’m allergic to needles.

    9-I hate doctors.

8-I started vaping to cut down on smoking.

7-I smoked a bowl because it is not as bad as tobacco.

6-My wife made me come to this appointment.

5-Can you change my diagnosis to “annual physical” instead of: hypertension, diabetes, depression, obesity, chf, copd, atrial fibrillation, and chest pain? I don’t want to pay $20 for a copay.

4-Last year I had the flu shot and I still got a cold.

    3-I want xanax

2-Can you fill out all these forms?

1-I expected a little Chinese doctor. You speak English so well.
