Which is the best country to work in for a doctor/surgeon (and to also do a residency there??) in terms of working conditions, financial salaries, and a decent life?

Norway - good salary, short working hours, beautiful country
England - VERY good salary, relatively short working hours (compared to US)
Have a doc friend who works in Scotland. They say its good. But I don't know much more than that about working there.

Romanians mainly choose Germany, France or UK but for my personal option I think Germany is the most accessible, also Sweden but the language barrier is bigger.

Don't romanticize the UK. Only a few people manage to find a job there. The rest have to work in India and Pakistan for a very small fee. Simply because there are already too many doctors.
