    Best tooth brushes for recessed gingiva

    Gingival recession is a common condition which happens to many patients.


    It may happen due to several causes, may be due to vigorous teeth brushing, brushing with hard bristles, traumatic occlusion and periodontal diseases.


    Using a toothbrush with soft bristles is the best for a healthy gum, but the problem may come from aggressive brushing and wrong brushing technique.


    So, many dentists advise patients suffering from such a case to use electric toothbrush for gingival health in order not to get worse.
