My arm is swelling right now after an insect bite. I suspect it got infected because it was just a tiny bump a few days ago, now it looks like a tiny hill. It’s on my triceps but I can feel the pain in my whole arm and shoulder. I’m just curious which pain reliever to take for the swelling. I’ve gotten suggestions like Tylenol and Advil. Not sure which one to take. Any suggestions? Preferably the drug is safe to bring for travel since I’m assisting a multiple city singles tours and I would’ve to be travelling constantly. Thank you!

Hi, the pain is probably due to inflammatory reaction. You need to get an anti-inflammatory drug like brufen or diclofenac. Preferrably topical diclofenac. You can visit any health centre near you if the symptoms persist.
