    How to stop aging
A lot of changes happens to our body as we grow we expect to see some wrinkles and grey hair but there is a lot more going through our body in this article you will get to know more about your body in the aging process and how to slow it down or maybe reverse it too

    Firstly your skin :
With age, your pores and skin thins and turns into less elastic and greater fragile, and fatty tissue simply below the pores and skin decreases. You may note that you bruise more easily. Decreased production of natural oils might make your skin drier. Wrinkles, age spots and small growths known as skin tags are extra common.

    What to do:
Be gentle. Bathe or shower in warm — not hot — water. Use mild soap and moisturizer.
Take precautions. When you're outdoors, use sunscreen and wear protective clothing. Check your skin regularly and report changes to your doctor.
Don't smoke. If you smoke or use other tobacco products, ask your doctor to help you quit. Smoking contributes to skin damage, such as wrinkling.

    Secondly your weight :
Changes in total body weight vary for men and woman. Men often gain weight until about age 55, and then begin to lose weight later in life. This may be related to a drop in the male sex hormone testosterone. Women usually gain weight until age 65, and then begin to lose weight. Weight loss later in life occurs partly because fat replaces lean muscle tissue, and fat weighs less than muscle. Diet and exercise habits can play a large role in a person's weight changes over their lifetime.

    What to do:
Limit portion size to control calorie intake.
Add healthy snacks during the day if you want to gain weight.
Be as physically active as you can be.
Talk to your doctor about your weight if you think that you weigh too much or too little.
There are other food hat slow down aging as water , blueberries , fibers, fatty fish , olive oil , yogurt , tomatoes , nuts .
    Thirdly Your bones:
With age, bones have a tendency to shrink in measurement and density, weakening them and making them more prone to fracture. You may even become a bit shorter. Muscles usually lose strength, staying power and flexibility — factors that can have an effect on your coordination, balance and balance.

What to do about it :
.Exercise Just 30 minutes of exercise each day can help strengthen bones and prevent osteoporosis.
.Eat a balanced diet : Dairy products, fish, and leafy green vegetables are all rich in calcium and Vitamin D, which has been shown to strengthen bones.
Make sure your body absorbs the calcium and vitamin D it needs Sunlight helps the body absorb vitamin D from the foods you eat. Experts recommend five to 10 minutes of sun exposure
Avoid salty foods and caffeinated beverages : Foods that are high in salt or overly processed have been shown to prevent the body from absorbing calcium. Highly caffeinated beverages may do the same.

    Fourthly your memory :
Most older adults report that their memory is not what it used to be. Indeed, there is reliable evidence that memory declines with age, even in individuals who are in proper health.

What to do about it :
Include physical activity in your daily routine
    Stay mentally active
Just as physical activity helps keep your body in shape, mentally stimulating activities help keep your brain in shape
    Sleep well
Sleep plays an important role in helping you consolidate your memories, so you can recall them down the road. Make getting enough sleep a priority.

in aging wrinkling of the skin happens. trees also wrinkle sort of, the aging tissue become more rough.

it is this extracellular matrix change wich is gradual wich is a major culprit in aging and age related diseases. the extracellular matrix proteins are extra cellular from the perspective of the plasma membrane so inner parts of intracellular vesicles including the nucleaus may have various subunits of proteins floating but those are normally cleaved.

other factors of aging have been demonstrated such as telomere shortening and various metabolic sideproducts accumulating, and mitocondrion damage, although disfunctional mitocondrion are eliminated in well functioning cells.
the various internal molecular interactions happen at random so the slow interactions such as aging would get a larger sway if would be major factors in aging. so the variable molecular interactions molecular damage are not as fast as a regular speed thickening of the extracellular matrix and partial dedifferentiation of cells into a zombie like parasitic state.

this is just a theory its based on how random works sometimes more sometimes less interactions and when we are talking about multiple different molecules i suppose there would be more deviations in lifespan.
