    A 66 year old woman presents with shortness of breath and palpitation for 3 days. She was diagnosed of colon cancer two months ago and she had fever on and off since then. Physical examination, ECG and blood cultures reveal bacterial endocarditis.
    What is the most likely responsible organism for this patient endocarditis?
    A- Haemophilus influenza
    B- Bartonella henselae
    C- Streptococcus bovis
