    A 27 year-old 27 week-pregnant woman on her fourth pregnancy was involved in a motor vehicle accident 5 hours ago. She was taken to the emergency room (ER) . After a thorough examination, she was found stable with no complaint. Now, she feels lower abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding. She is dizzy and distressed. She is taken to the ER. She is in a moderate distress. Her vital signs are : pulse 130, BP 90/60 and Temp 99.6 F. Her lab results are bending and the ER team is taking the proper steps in her management.
    What is her initial diagnosis?
    A- Placenta Previa
    B- Abruptio Placenta
    C- Early stage of labor
