    A Pott's puffy tumour is a non-neoplastic complication of acute sinusitis characterized by subperiosteal abscess and osteomyelitis, usually related to the frontal sinus but sometimes also related with the mastoid. Forehead swelling is seen, which explains the name of this pathology.
