    Unstable chest due to bilateral multiple rib fractures, consecutive pulmonary contusion. Shoulder luxation on the left side. The central venous line via the right jugular vein is ending too high. I suggest CT Thorax or polytrauma-CT scan

    due to trauma to thracic cavity here are multiple pulmonary contusions due to fracture of ribs along with laxation of shoulder joint on right side.:eek:

    severe trauma to the chest...multiple rib fracture....flail chest..with left shoulder dislocation
