    Massive air under both hemidiaphragms ( made visible by the air acting as a contrast; seen as a white arc on both sides ) with the right hemidiaphragm visibly lifted and pushing the heart to the left.

    Diagnosis: pneumoperitoneum secondary to bowel perforation.

    Yep, i think so. Massive pneumoperitoneum after bowel perforation.
