    X-ray chest P/A view in erect posture showing large circular cavitary lesion with irregular border involving the middle lobe of the right lung, increased vascularity of the pulmonary field......seems to be a case of differential diagnosis like.....
    1. Lung abscess
    2. Tuberculosis
    3.Cavitating Bronchogenic carcinoma
    4. Hydatid cyst
