    this is xray chest PA view (probably adolecente age ) taken in expiration , shows B/L homogenous opacities at middle and lower lobes along with cavitations found on lower rt lobe most probably pulm: tuberculosis
    . there are no milets , or smal dots that resemble milets ;so that we could sy it as milary

    this xray chest Poterior Anterior view , shows homogenous opacities at middle and lower lobes with cavitations on lower rright lobe most probably milliary TB?
