miliary tb --with cavitas
this is xray chest PA view (probably adolecente age ) taken in expiration , shows B/L homogenous opacities at middle and lower lobes along with cavitations found on lower rt lobe most probably pulm: tuberculosis
. there are no milets , or smal dots that resemble milets ;so that we could sy it as milary
It looks like the heart is involved as well - so miliary TB?
