    cervical mass is seen . possible diagnoses: Nodules in isthmus and right lobe of thyroid gland .Cervikal lymphadenopathy

    διόγκωση του δεξιού λοβού του θυρεοειδούς και του ισθμού (βρογχοκήλη ) and in english swelling of the right lobe of thyroid gland and its isthmus ( thyroid goiter )

    i hav very narrow gyri, very wide sulci and just a few strands of corpus callosum...so I am unable to figure this out.

    Full marks to dracomalfoy for throwing this challenge, but when giving the verdict if u cud add a little description about the case it would b fantastic ( failing which i wud say u fuq'ed it up P: )

    Aur iss site ko itna seriously mat liya kar bhai, chutiye log bhare pade hai idhar sab. Thoda difficult sawal puchho to dandi gul ho jaati hai sab ki. Aur aise nalle question puchho to har koi apni hoshiyari dikhane aa jata hai. Jitna passionately jaoge utni jaldi pak jaoge iss site se.

    it's so big and asymmetrical , I would say it's a multinodular goiter !
