    these are Knuckle pads..(A kind of benign fibroma)

    Garrod's (or knuckle) pads, with many potential causes: repetitive friction or pressure, habitual chewing or sucking of the fingers, Dupuytren's contracture, Ledderhose's syndrome, Peyronie's disease and more.
