    I'm sorry but i could not appreciate which part of the body it is.. is it at the lower abdomen? What i can appreciate here is there's present of transverse incision scar which could be from a hernioplasty scar.. there's present of granulomatous like ulcer with swelling on top of the scar.. the surrounding skin is erythematous which suggestive of cellulitis. is it a wound breakdown with secondary infection?

    Or is it a picture of an axilla which could be an enlarged and infected lymph node?
