    Correct answer:

    Yes, there is winging of both scapulae due to fascioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy.

    Winging is a result of weakness of thoracoscapular muscles, which can be a result of a nerve lesion but can also be inherited (Landouzy-Dejerine disease; autosomal dominant (gene locus 4q35)).
