    Correct answer:

    Yes, there is lymphadenopathy but the diagnosis is CLL (chronic lymphocytic leukemia). Cervical lymphadenopathy is one of CLL's characteristics, although many patients are diagnosed without symptoms.

    looks like vitiligo and polilymphadenopathies interesting the cervical ganglionar circle including bilateral under mandibular ganglions ,and parotidian and mastoidian ganglions and even under mentonier ganglions
