    Granulomatous gingivitis.

    A relatively rare, chronic inflammatory disorder, which can be caused by a local infection (mainly bacterial or fungal), trauma or systemic granulomatous diseases like Melkersson–Rosenthal syndrome or sarcoïdosis.
