    Yes, it's hand, foot and mouth disease.

    It occurs in infants and young children, usually in small epidemics in nursery schools or kindergartens. It's caused by intestinal viruses of the Picornaviridae family, mainly Coxsackie A virus and Enterovirus 71 (EV-71). Flu-like symptoms occur and rash, sometimes followed by painful blisters.
