    Correct answer:

    Yes, it's Sturge-Weber syndrome.

    An idiopathic malformation of bloodvessels, causing wine stains (usually on one side of the face) and hemangiomas, notably in the brain (thereby causing epilepsy or cerebral atrophy). Glaucoma can occur as well.
