    It's probably skin cancer either BCC or Sq.CC
    but it also could be an autoimmune disease

    and yes i'm new and this is my first post :D

    Correct answer:

    Basal cell carcinoma.

    A rather serious case, based on the number of lesions in this patient. The lesions are classically located on the face; the sun-exposed skin (mainly head and neck) are affected most often. The disease can present in many ways: it may look like a harmpless red pimple, or it's more dangerous looking when the lesion's excreting pus or blood.
