    Yes, it's an iris coloboma.

    A coloboma is a hole in one of the structures of the eye, such as the iris, retina, choroid or optic disc. In this case, the iris has been affected; usually this is caused by a autosomal dominant mutation. Depending on the size and location of the gap, the effects a coloboma has on the vision can be mild or more severe.
