    Localized hypertrichosis of sacral region. This may be a sign of underlying spinal dysraphism.

    Correct answer:

    Naevus pilosus.

    A rare condition, in which there’s a pathological proliferation of melanocytes and – like in this case – excessive hair growth. It has a high chance to become malignant; surgical intervention is indicated.
