    It has something to do with an infection.

    this is most probably a Syphilitic Chancre of the Tongue..

    Correct answer:

    Yes, this is a syfilis chancre.

    A hard ulcus that is usually the first sign of infection. It forms on the location where the Gram negative spirochete entered the skin.
