    Correct answer:

    Yes, it's hymen imperforatus.

    A rare developmental disorder of the tuberculum Mulleri, resulting in a bulgy hymen due to accumulation of secretions and possibly blood (haematocolpos). A vaginal opening has to be made surgically.
