    Correct answer:

    Ankyloglossia (or tongue tie).

    A sporadic condition in which the frenulum lingae is shorter in length. Because of this, the tongue can't be stretched out, but it doesn't often cause problems in speaking or breast feeding. Surgical intervention is rarely needed.
