    this is a case of Lentigo maligna..also known as Hutchinson's Melanotic Freckle..

    Correct answer:

    Lentigo maligna, also known as Hutchinson’s freckle.

    This basically is a melanoma in situ, meaning that there are malignant cells present that haven’t shown invasive growth (yet). It’s most commonly seen in elderly.
