    Xanthoma tendinosum.

    In this condition, there's deposition of cholesterol-rich material in tendons and / or foam cells (phagocytes with many ingested LDL) in the skin. It's associated with a number of disorders, e.g. hyperlipidemia and biliary tract obstruction.
