im new to this site.. i don`t really know the case, you cannot diagnose a picture, and the picture quality isn`t that good either, it could be anthrax, but it might as well be a basalioma (basal cell carcinoma) as well.. the lesion isn`t that deep, and the necrotic tissue isn`t that pronounced, i can see it`s multiple, but as i mentioned before, you have to see and know the case before you can put youre final diagnosis
