    Contact dermatitis.probably due to detergents,common in housewives.

    I don't think anyone could make a confident diagnosis given the resolution of the picture

    To me, the only think pointing towards scabies (perhaps Norwegian scabies) is the locality of the lesion and the slight 'scuffing' of the lesions. Can't see any scabies track marks etc

    Could easily be a localised heat rash, although admittedly wouldn't have the 'scuffing' as seen on the lesion
